New Otani Inn Tokyo

I have stayed at the hotel many times before the pandemic. It shows how much I like it. Firstly, the location is excellent - conveniently close to Yamanote Line on JR East, making it easy for me to go around in and out of Tokyo, and easy for my local friends to find me. The staff, from Front Office to Housekeeping, are friendly and helpful, fully reflecting the quality tradition of New Otani (which I also used for business). The room is always kept clean and tidy. I have only positive things to say about this hotel and have been recommending to my friends who travel to Tokyo.

Breakfast was solid, facilities were fine, staff were very fast and polite on requests/questions. Location is also very nice too, where it had a few restaurants and a super market downstairs for cheaper snacks and drinks. Train wise not too bad either.

Very easy access to the Yamanote JR (circular train) station. A few stops by one train line to various attractions such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Tokyo, Akihabara, Ueno, etc.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of western and Japanese foods to choose from. I especially like the close proximity to the train station without having to cross busy streets, and the ease to shop at the little mall located next to the hotel.

I stayed for 2 weeks, but there is no change in menu and I do not like it
